Alveus Re-brand
This project is a rebranded alveus sanctuary, an online animal sanctuary located in Texas, as well as working as the creative director of another artist and their work surrounding the rebrand. This rebrand was made to give a unique and engaging experience to new to their younger audiences while staying educational to help them stand out. This was achieved through use of logos colors and webdesign. This redesign created a new and unique voice for the brand that allows them to stand out compared to their counterparts in the conservation world.
typo-graphy script book
For this project I worked on typesetting large blocks of text. The script from the movie 1917 was used as the main body text of this book. This project was a test of typographic ability to create hierarchy and legibility in text. This book made use of many different ways to differentiate the subject matter creating unique typographic solutions of the script.
Type from chaos
This project was a collaboration with other designers to create a book of handmade fonts that each designer made for a certain subject. This project ended with a collection displaying types that are created to be used by other artists for a range of subjects, brands or themes.
Process journal
This project was made as a sort of portfolio of my past works and compiling them into a physical form. This project was submitted to my college as I was entering the graphic design program attempting to enter the college of arts at Appalachian state university. The end of this project ended up with a portfolio book describing my process of creation of my works and showcasing final works.
Reflection of practice
This project was a collaboration between many small groups of designers. These groups of designers found design articles that had shared interests between them. This project was a test of collaboration and understanding of typography and layout. The end of this project led to a book that led to a deeper understanding of my design interest and process surrounding my design and a book that captured my interest and ideas we shared as designers
